Member since 2018. When our original financial analyst retired we were assigned to James Bucci. Transitions can be awkward but James has been a wonderful guide. Informative, patient and instructive. As we enter a new phase of retirement, he explained options, pros and cons in layman’s terms and allowed us to carefully make decisions. We never felt rushed or pressured.
