Risk-Class Investments vs. Fixed Class Investments

When investing, you must be aware of all your options.

We are able to put all investments into two categories:

With Risk-Class Investments, your principal investment is susceptible to loss with no downside protection. With Fixed-Class Investments, you will never lose your principal investment because the downside is protected.

Risk-Class Investments report unrealized gains on your financial statements. The gains are unrealized because they do not become earnings until you sell your investment. Fixed-Class Investments credit interest on your financial statements. Interest rates vary between investments. When the interest is reported on your statement, it becomes earnings immediately and can never be taken back. The money is yours.
